1.Firstofall,informhigherauthoritiesregardingtheconflictof
interestbetweenpublicdutiesandpersonalrelationshipsinvolved.
2.Ifthehigherauthoritygivesagoaheadsignal,thenheshould
preparethereportimpartiallywithoutsuccumbingtoanyoffers.
3.Privatecontractorshavemisusedthepublicfundscausinggreat
injusticetopoorpeopleandthreatenedtheeconomyofthenationat
large.Also,bribingapublicservantisacriminaloffenceunder
PCA,1988.Sotheseaspectsshouldfindplaceinthereport.
4.HisFILshouldbemadeawarethatheisjustcarryingouthis
publicdutiesandthereisnothinginpersonagainsthim.Also,since,
hehimselfisapublicfunctionaryhewouldbeawareofacivil
servantduties.Also,hecannotthreatenhimwithdireconsequences
becausehisdaughterwouldalsosufferbyhisacts.
5.PanchayatSecretariesarecollusivewithofficialsincorruptionand
haveviolatedcodeofconduct.Iftheyarereallyhonesttheycouldve
blownthewhistleandinformedaboutthistohigherauthorites.So
nolenienceshouldbeshownandtheirnamesalsoshouldfindplace
inthereport.
6.Iftherearelifethreateningcalls/msgs,Jayanthshouldinform
aboutthistosuitableauthoritesandaskthemtoprovidesecurityif
needed.

fatherinlawisinvolvedinthecrime,heshouldaptlyscrutiniseall
thedetailsandmustworkimpartiallywhilemakingthereport.To
theothersideifweseeheisrecentlymarriedandbeinghonestinthe
jobwouldruinhisnewrelationsinwhichhejustentered,heshould
reporttohigherauthoritiesabouthisrelationwiththeperson
involvedandrequestthehigherauthoritiestoappointanother
personinthiscase.Andeventhepanchayatmembersshouldbe
