I am Civil Engineering major At MAPUA in Intramuros, Manila. And I am gathering materials
for an upcoming building construction at Bancal, Cavite. I have found out that you are gathering
materials for building houses and can be delivered anytime. In this regard, could you please
supply answers to the following questions?

How much is the difference of cost for the same material if I ordered it separately?
Is there any discount if I buy some material at large quantity at the same time?
Does your company provide warranty if some of these is defective?
