PERANAN TATA RUANG KERJA BPJS DALAM MENUNJANG
EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM KELAS B
MAJALAYA
Tugas Akhir: 76 halaman
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan tata ruang
BPJS guna menunjang efektitivitas kerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah
Kelas B Majalaya.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data melalui obsevasi, wawancara
dan dengan dilengkapi kajian pustaka pustaka.
Dalam penelitian terdapat beberapa masalah dalam tata ruang kerja BPJS
dalam menunjang efektivitas kerja pegawai RSUD Kelas B Majalaya, yaitu:
kondisi ruangan kurang luas, penempatan peralatan kantor kurang tepat, sirkulasi
udara kurang baik, kurangnya sarana dan prasana ,dan kemampuan untuk maju
lama.
Saran yang diberikan adalah: 10 melakukan renovasi, 2) mengatur tata
ruang kantor, 3) mengganti kipas angin Dengan AC, 4) memberi rasa nyaman
terhadap pegawai, dan 5) memberikan motivasi kerja pada pegawai.

The research aims to determine role of BPJS spatial working room
supporting employees working effectiveneness at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah
Kelas B Majalaya.
The research method used was descriptive method and using qualitative
approach. Methods of collecting data through observations, interview, and
literature reviews which had relation to the main subjects
The problem of research it found role of BPJS spatial working room
supporting employees working effectiveness at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kelas
B Majalaya: the insufficient space of the rooms, less precise placement of office
equipment, the lack of good air circulation, lack of facilities and infrastructure,
and ability to advance long.
The suggestions given were by: 1) renovating the rooms, 2) making
accordance spatial working room, 3) replacing in the fan with AC, 4) giving a
sense of comfort to employees, and 5) providing in work motivation to them.
