    leavingpuddlesofsucculentreds.
    Theobsidianskyisleftblackfromsmokeandammunition.
    Exactandusingtact,
    steadyhandsandquickfeetexalttheenemy
    theircoldheartsarekeptwarmbyshotsoffire.
    Acoarseblanketofcorpsesislaid.
    Ashadestimulatingshadowisplacedamongstthemselves
    Untiltheirtargetissatisfiedandsanctified,
    thesoldiersmaynotmoveforward.
    Kill,andtheyshallbedead,
    butthedeadarenevergone,
    ceaselessaimscanprotrude
    buttheirsoulswillneverperish.
