During my leave period w.e.f 25.04.2014 to 05.05.2014, you without the approval of your Special Secretary-IV and the undersigned invested certain amount in different Banks. You were already informed not to invest any amount without the approval of the undersigned. Recently it was also learnt that you had also invested certain amount in Meezan Bank. 2. You were called personally on 224 May, 2014 by the undersigned to explain the position and further directed to furnish all relevant files, but since then you are absconding and even not attending the office. 3. You are once again directed through this letter /explanation to furnish details of all amount invested by you without the approval of the undersigned/Principal Accounting Officer in different Banks by today, else, the Competent Authority would be informed about your misconduct/ corruption alongwith the request for taking necessary action against you under RSO, 2000.
