One day with Sadgurudev and in his sadhana room :
What is the greatness of Sadgurudev and what is the pain and feeling when he is not with
us physically that feeling reaches to our eyes from heart.
In word of swami yogiraaj viswabodhanand ji.
The feeling and experience of him of the day which he spent with Sadgurudev ji .
How can I forget the day of 20 feb1987 , this is the day when after 39 years again I was
again standing in front of him physically and able to see our beloved Sadgurudev ,

some 40 years back on the agya of param Gurudev ji swami sachchidanand ji he had left
siddhashram on the thought to again re establish the lost order of sadhana and aadhyatm, as
he was already with us through telepathy and giving us each needed instruction but each on
of us in siddhashram had felt a such a pin that which be felt on ly by those who face it. That
cannot be filled by siddhi or sadhana.
One day just child act I request him to give me permission to stay with him just for a day, on
continuous request for six years one Sadgurudev provide that agya .he used to say that you
cannot bear the chhal ,kapat and poison of that samaj , but may be its the wish of ma
paramba that he changed his mind and give me the permission . so that each siddhashram
yogi can understand what is pain and poison one has to bear and drink ,
when this task to be performed .very next day I was through shoony marg in the jodhpur, just
saw that poojyniya mataji offering water to tulsi plant and within some minit Sadgurudev ji
appeared and sit some distance from her. To see yogiraaj swami Nikhileshwaranand ji in this
house holder form ,even the I who was in such a high stage of yog tantra get confused, but
Sadgurudev is Sadgurudev, very next second such radiance appeared on his eye and I get
assured,
At that time was 7 am , Sadgurudev asked me to come with him to the room where
hundreds of daily visitor waiting for him. seeing Sadgurudev on meeting everyone related to
worldly problem where in siddhashram and in Himalaya even highest yogies has to think a
minute to take a sec of him. Here he is dealing with every one, that visitor coming from every
section
of society. And in between them he was busy
guiding his shishy/shishyaa and
providing direction and instruction to the monthly magazine mantra tantra yantra vigyan , and
in addition to giving instruction to each letter personally what has to replied to each one.

Very amazing experience was that seeing Sadgurudev doing all that work without showing
even a slightest sign of tension. But still society has no value to his work, and that was very
painful . on 3pm when poojyniya mataji herself came there to ask Sadgurudev ji for lunch then
without any sign of interest he stood up. And after the lunch he again busy in writing books on
sadhanatmak subject . when evening came I could not imagine, when shankh sound sounded
all around from pooja room and aarti happened then that is time for Sadgurudev sadhana.
I could not imagined that he had given me permission to stay with him one day , that also
include to be with him in his sadhana time.
To see his sadhana room every one dream even for yogies too , even mahayogi feel thrill
even to standing in front him and see my luck I was with him in his sadhana room. But that
becomes feeling of fear instead of thrill for me..
Self lighted that small room was, in that small idol of mother kali having such a chaitanyta
it
seems like just ready to speak in any moment. And small ghee earthen lamp lighted there.
amazing fact that there was no equipment or instrument for light but whole room self lighted
with like 60 watt power, and so much coolness like throughout room kapur has been sprinkled.
It seems like whole room was revolving and I was loosing my consciousness an trying to grip
a the wall
but falls on the floor. and
mine whole body shaking with fear and
till than
sadgurudevji with bare chest sitting on his aasan to start his sadhana. I was trying to control
myself.
Suddenly see that..

Due to continuous mantra reciting, whole room was vibrating and some cloud like shape was
appearing.. an electric light spark and with red heated eye and very strong body and so much
radiance having ,a body appeared and provide naman to sadgurudev with dandvat mudra
touched Sadgurudev lotus feet accept the naivaidya and disappeared. Due to the mantra
recited by Sadgurudev ji imagined that
he was mahakaal bhairav the most furious and
powerful formof Bhagvaan bhairav .

The day had been written with golden pen for me. so that after that I had seen ganpati , and
ma gayatri darshan in physical form what I could not able to see even in siddhashram, a very
hidden desire of mine coming up could I see ma kali once , and just Sadgurudev started his
favorite kali strota..tuvdiyam swarup na vindati deva. With so much sweet vice and lay ,
and as the strota progressed so the radiance and illumination in room growing up .i was
thinking that might be because of movement in Deepak lao /flame
the statue is like moving.
But statue was increasing its size and reaches to the ceiling of the room,, once it like that mine
breath stopped.
And when Sadgurudev recite some mantra and offer water on the floor and with her furious
form mother kali appread with
the furiousness, and with such anger with feeling of mother
love all combined ,who can define her soundary,,, I was loosing my consciousness and praying
that ma please come in your calm form. And on next moment Sadgurudev had started shanty
paath,
and that form in start decreasing its height and finally disappear that
inside that
statue.than i can understand that even statue form of devi devta also true if sadhak had
Sadgurudev blessing. Due to rise in energy level
I was lost consciousness, and in
unconscious stage one by one view of mother kali coming and moving. How much time I was
lost in that I did not know when morning hour started and mataji came inside room , and I saw
Sadgurudev sitting in his samadhi state , stationery .sadgurudevji had given me permission to
stay only for 24 hour now the time arrived on my leaving.

But sadgurudev..
Sadgurudev like yesterday again moving towards the room ..when I see him without speaking
any word. found that a message coming from his eye.. responsibility is the responsibility what
ever may be the circumstances. On the point .time when he was with me sadhana , that time
he also guiding siddhashrams each yogi mentally, and many times appeared in front of them
astrally. In this one body he had completing so many work of physical and astral world, when
he wake up when he sleep? when he do sadhana?, when and how he get contact with each of
his million sishy /shishyaa.
sixth year even after that day, was not able to understand. In the last I was praying to him to
his all the forms. And having hope that soon that day would arrive when Sadgurudev be with
us physically . Sadgurudev again absorbed in his Samadhi with highest and ultimate anand
bhav . and again guide us /lead us to the direction of higher sadhana.

Soundary Kayakalp Is possible through Sadgurudev dhyan
Sadgurudev what a sweetness in this small word, that will
hypnotize our heart ,and object of pure love among million of millions shishy, and aim of
uncountable yogies, forinfront of whom whole nature start dancing , who is not only the
foundation of siddhashram but of whole universe, and is the real beauty of this universe, who
kaya kalp the siddhashram and shows the way to siddhashram yogis that this is the way of
life that narity is also a part of life, he told them see how a small child become naritymay
when he is in his mother lap /arm, so like that almost every one has that naritymayta when
Sadgurudev reaches in midst of them and even param Gurudev start smiling when he self see
him, than it s almost impossible for us simple shishy and shishyaa to express our feeling.
Who is the real beauty of not only in this visible universe but even invisible
universe, can he be hypnotize through any sadhana?, which tantra will work on them?, but
there is a rope ? through that he can easily be tied that is rope of our pure sneh/love is rope of
tears of sneh/love, than on seeing our child like activity he himself come to near to us and
touch our heart , since who apart from him is really ours
He exemplified himself in front of us how a person who is paramochch
yogi and having unimaginable sadhanatmak height can be with us , so simple but with so
smmohan , on his each moment of him millions life of kaamdev can be sacrifice.
How we can understand the real soundary real pure sneh/love since for us physical
relation is the beauty and love our lust is our love.

Is he ,the one who day and night work for us to show that what is real beauty/soundry
what is the sneh\love, that is not related only to physical body relation , Sadgurudev taught
us the real beauty of life is
to offer this life in divine lotus feet of your Sadgurudev, with
completeness, and in each moment , we have his remembrance , but even that he is ready
always to do his Sadgurudev assigned work, whether any one praise him or throw stone is
not matter for him.
Every thing is offered to Sadgurudev. Think for a minute is it not true that just on a small
smile of our param Gurudev ji face ,Sadgurudev devoted whole life and received everything
what the soundry , what are the siddhiya, universalness. But above all he has in his heart that
mine sadurudev ji(beloved param gurudevji) will smile , and param Gurudev smile and says
you are mine beloved think what more can be valuable to this in whole universe
And sadgurudevji devoted his whole life in midst of fire and never say a word, only his
Sadgurudev jis dream ,aim, wish has to be anyhow fulfilled, and for that he has given his
each moment of joy , happiness, youthfulness, relax only that his manas children has his
beauty in her heart , and whole life of their changed, and become a trure representative of
him, here representative does not means that to be self proclaimed guru. but to have gyan,
garima, sadhanatamak hegights,stle of speaking, and ability to strike on any pakhand where
one see, so that your opposition and enemy would even say, there is something special in
this person, this has some personality.
But keep in mind that , on striking on pakhand , are we not striking our own brother, without
understanding the work, without understand real motive are we not creating any obstruction ,
is there any hidden agenda we are carrying in the name of Sadgurudev work, on the word of
jai Gurudev are we
hiding feeling that
we are something let the people know. whether
Sadgurudev jis garima, sadhanatmak heights are coming inside us.

Sadgurudev always stated that achieving sadhana siddhi is right, but when I says that you
have to do sadhana than you have to, but always remember that if I may not enter in your
heart than what will be the use of so many sadhana siddhita all these siddhi are a fraction
of a second from me, I can give you , but only than when I have full confident that the words
are coming from your heart only and its not any just from mouth. This should not in between
guru and shishy.
And think over that for a minute when Sadgurudev fully appeared in our heart , and when
Sadgurudev ji fully in our heart and provide direction with full chaitanyta , than any thing left ,
he is
having infinite siddhis and not only sadhana but whole universe is in his hand, the
who created soundry , and from infinite time paramhans swami nikhileshawranand ji is in his
bramhabody, than can any one understand more than him what is kayakalp or
soundary?.when he is inside us than can we not become automatically so soundray yukt and
kayakalpmay.Just place our hand on our hreat and asked our self how many of us read
mantra tantra yantra vigyan magazine from1990 to1998
or still reading
that. Try to
understand what is the Sadgurudev meaning. what I am trying to understand or taking refuse
of his word to justify mine own work .
And here this is in mind that without knowing how can be sneh/love is possible, you want to
have sadgurudevji in your heart and not interested to know .read about him how that can be
possible, and can not be said correct.
Medieval saint kabeer dass ji rightly said that
Lali mere lal ki jit dekhoon tit lal.
laali dekhan me gayi me bhi ho gayi lal .
(means that when I went to see the aura/radiance of mine beloved, I found him every where
I see , everywhere he is, and on seeing that I become fully observed in him and become he)

Its true that as we think so we are, if want to have success in business than we have to
increase our friendship with that type of person and this is applicable to all side, and in all
the profession /field.
How many sadhana are their?, how many prayog are there?, how many process? , how
many ways ?how long we can do that ?.
So in that circle ,an ordinary person see that just helplessly.. for him reading only on such
sadhana is his destiny?, how many ways he may be convinced but the reservation that inside
in his heart from s o many years , can be set aside all that things within some minute, he try
to do sadhana but could not have such devotion and concentration, in this condition what he
can do?.
Very carefully kindly note that do not use this as weapon to overshadow your idleness, since
that is not hidden from his divine that merely shouting with aloud jai Gurudev will not serve
the purpose. He inwardly smiles that what they is doing , shisy know not that what they
offered will be return to them thousand fold. Only who has pure in heart , he not required that
he should time for sadhana but when ever he has , remember Sadgurudev with full heart , this
will change your lifeslowly and firmly , than really you do not need to do sadhana.
Dear friend think about it how much easy thing is this, but easy thing often very difficult.
since we are so complex that we cannot understand any easy things.
that we want lengthy mantra , and if possible shaktipaat duration will be of 10 minit only than
w e feel happy. since what will be changed in shaktipaat of 1 second.
Ever great sadhana is the sadhana of prem /sneh/love. This is not they to hide our idle ness.
Those who love him how can he sit aside in silence, will he do thousand times more work to
fulfill his dreams. if his contribution is one millionth part this will be enough. This will give him
more sneh/love and courage and worrier like feeling.

This gave him courage that to fight with ill motive people. Show to people what is the reality.
And provide him ability how to face so much opposition ,criticism , since he knew that he has
to work hard to fulfill sadgurudev reams nor sitting in room with tears in eye only.
Remember him each second , and with love a nd devotion than automatically you will fully
immersed inhis love. And his divineness comes inside you slowly and slowly. Only then you
also can say that ..
Lali mere lal ki..
Sadgurudev is bhgvaaan Vishnu and what ever you offered in his divine lotus feet will be
return to you thousand fold Have sadgurudev is in your heart always , than what ever you
do is a guru kary, your family responsibity is ls a a guru kary, even what ever sadhana you do
is also a guru sadhana. when you gave everything to Sadgurudev that means everything
But keep in mind that when sadgurudev ji has aid we do not want bhakti we want sadhana
that should not forget.. what he showed his example in front of us,
Working for sadgurudev is a real beauty and that induces real kayak alp in sishya. Now only
we can pray that o our beloved sadgurudev you know our limitation, our mind ,our blood, our
heart our aim kindly purified it so that we can offer our body to thy holy lotus feetand whole
this
life
utilize

In life there , is also a need of some of the enemy, seems ridiculous , but its true , Sadgurudev
ji often said that when there is some enemy of you , clearly means that you are something , not
nothing, since people of total idle has no enemy. When in between daily life struggle, when
theses enemy creating problem for your life and your progress . than to have peaceful life , this
prayog has a very value, this remove the evil though of them.
As you all are
aware that , the day of Wednesday is good for sri ganesh Bhagvaan related
poojan/ sadhana. Than start this prayog on that day and make your life happy and enjoyful.
Start this sadhana after 9 pm than it would be better and wear red color clothes and on a red
color cloth on a copper plate , place
destroy the
statue of shri ganesh , and this sadhana is related to
evil thought of enemy than its quite natural that veerasan is the asan for this
sadhana( inthis asan Bhagvaan hanuman is is used to sit.) do simple poojan of him.

What is soundary and kaya kalp
Basic foundation of life Is the beauty. Indian way of life considered satyam shivam sundaram
Is the
basic foundation of our culture. But whom we consider beauty, each one has his own
definition , for some physical beauty is the beauty , for others the beauty of soul is the
beauty so for someone beauty of words spoken is the beauty, so for other, others meaning
applicable, so there must not be a single definition suited to all for all circumstances. But our
old ancient master says that that which is continuously changing in each moments , ever
new, that will be consider the first step to the real definition of beauty.
Here Sadgurudev Bhagvaan used to says that on reaching at the age of 16 years even she
donkey considered beautiful but not that but, who reaches at the age of 80yers of age and
still considered beautiful is the beauty.

There are so many criteria for measuring physical body beauty, some where black color is
the sign of beauty than some other places white skin is the sign. Its very very difficult to get
spotless beauty in this modern era, but taking help of theses sadhana one can raise her
standard of beauty easily.
The beauty has different meaning for woman , and for man that will have other meaning. For
man it has to have a not only physical face beauty has a meaning stick but he also have a
garima lion like personality . on one point Sadgurudev ji said that beauty of female should
be like on seeing man says that oh this beautiful body can be said the taj mahal . and for
man , on seeing him not only human woman but even apsara can said that ..aah.
There may thousand of the definition can be said about
what is real beauty. But
think a
minute , can we have such a eye who can see, or heart which can feel the real beauty and
this is the most important aspect . one has to think before understanding the reality.
Whole world is full of beauty and divinity, the creator of this world is /of
ultimate beauty
how can his creation be without absence of his beauty. But we are such a one who do not
understand the difference between the real
beauty and seems to
beauty, whom we
considered actually a small dream , that is not his/her fault but its the fault of of us who have
not have such eye to see that.
On coming that our heart and soul have joyful feeling, on seeing her smile whole world is
kept one side, on seeing her style our sorrow turns to happiness that who is ever new, ever
heart touching fragrance , not only having physical body beauty but have soul beauty too, for
that every definition comes short, is a bench mark of beauty.
Where we can search that beauty , for us all such comes to end on a point whom we say our
beloved Sadgurudev ji, he is not having the ultimate beauty but has even beauty has taken
his definition from him.

Even saundary /beauty has became so graceful is because of him. Beauty Become the real
beauty because of him..
One scholar truly said that if our eye filled with beauty than we can see that whole world is
full of beauty and nothing else, god has given us so much blessing but we want only some
lower level blessing, without understand the beauty and love how we can do the sadhana.
This is true that god has made woman for a standard of beauties. But sea waves has his
own beauty , star on the sky has own beauty, even forest has also its own beauty, than can
you imagine what will be the beauty of sadhana and having Sadgurudev ji company. That
only a heart feels and that not have words to express.
How many of us have read about kaya kalp, we all are deprive of beauties thats why this
words we need, who have feel understand what the real beauty is , he do not need that. But
this body has a very important meaning without realizing that only using it for
physical
gratification is considered total foolish ness.

Sadgurudev very clearly mentioned that now in this era ,only snake has this vidya , who
changes his old skin with new skin and we are here for death only .
This is not just a hear say, our so many ancient archery still is in his physical body, from so
many thousand years he still carring the physical body ever youthful. Not only from body but
that which can changes our man heart
that is real kaya kalp. That can be possible only
through the divine hand of Sadgurudev Bhagvaan. But those who are not able to understand
this feeling for them still physical transformation is kaya kalp.
If thinking little deeply than you can find that
gold making from parad is also a kayak alp

Nature is variable at every moments and that is the only main base power for the creation and
immersion. Very France, immersing itself inside us; or else compelling us on the stage where
there is no option except immersing our self in it, it is not often a creation taking place to a
pleasant change which touches the heart. Sometimes, it tough to look apart from a glowing
flower, lost in itself, self infatuated, drowning someone to tell something, to make something
understand. Perhaps, it is the message from him to be lost within, and that too on extend where
we forget our self, whatever if you lost your existence, but nature will make your permanent
existence. One will merge to a power that made our existence.
That is the process which had been noticed by our ancestors and termed as meditation!

Sometimes while being stable, dancing through their branches, hyper trees had also been seen.
Do not know why? What is there inside it which force him to stay fresh within, being so stable,

Perhaps, that is the term used for Joy, which forces one to stay stable within because the cause

own hugeness, its own power, the seed in its own which gave it an inspiration to Go ahead and

bounderies, it goes and immerses in that Main whose seed was inside it, with its own identity, it
stays completely immersed.
Being stable and crossing levels to a goal, understanding powers of our own and with a note of
our goal in the mind immersing our self into Bramh the Main of us, to become an inseparable
part of the same, is it not Kundalini Awaking? Nature created it, to immerse in nature.
Is it what nature has decided for us too? But what is the main base, what is the main abstract,
which connect us to the nature? With its every part? Beauty!!! it is that, which lay us attracted,
drown us, realise our self...and with a joy forces us to watch something better that I. Which is
more joyful, which can give us a peace which goes in the soul, then there would be no more
secret of the nature. Because beauty only makes you meet your basic thing, Nature; then therein, every sadhana of nature or every nature of the sadhana the beauty will take in front of you.

The beauty of the nature could only be understand by a sadhaka, thus, sadhak always have
tried to remain in between; the way o understand and realise every aspect of the sadhana
through the beauty. it is still something left to make one understand the importance of the

For a sadhana one should select a place which is in between the natural peace. It is essential to
follow complete silence in sadhana duration.

day when Ravi Pushy Nakshatra is occurring.
With sfatik rosary one should chant 25 rosary in Sunrise time and 25 rosary in sunset time.

After completing the chanting, one should go out and stay as calm as possible.
This is a 7 days sadhana and following rules if one completes the sadhana for 7 days, sadhak

a travel for 12 years, 21years, 54 years or based on their sankalpa. Before sending for the travel,

when you speak some word filled with so much sweetness in front of some one , that
she/he not able forget that sweetness, depth of such word to whole day /week , and
sweetness whole day. week caring in that heart. Yes that word should not be filled with
cunningness . When purity of the purpose and sweetness /softness lies in speaking than this
can be also a standard of beauty, after all this is the grace of divine mother Mahasaraswati .
We all have seen a person, having that ultimate beauty, with personality like a lion among
others . very patiently and always soft spoken (till a very different situation not arise) and with

The meaning of the word beauty has been described in very short way and in real we all are
bounded in a blind run that just applying name of beauty to the fair skin we goes busy in our
respective works but reality is always in front of everyone, but we do not have enough time to
understand it. Beauty is a feeling, nature and a platform from where the sweetness of the life
starts in which every moment become joyful, and then after that source of the joy let you float
ourselves on the one of the bests creation of the universe, which starts being visualize in
ones self and it gets on spreading in the surroundingand then after.it immerse in the
surroundings and keeps joyful environment for the surrounding members too.
What and how weighted the significance of the speech is; to describe this, words are too

The kingdom of the speech is all over, and why should it be being a part of beauty...! whatever
amount of physical beauty one may have but if the speech is not impressive, what weighted
and importance that beauty have? Thus, one time, it may even could be thought that if one is

around being self hypnotised. So, is this side of the beauty is not important? Absolutely it is
and in this age of the time, it has much increased. But what is the process to add that
sweetness, that module and impression in the speech? In regards of answer to this question
there are several processes in the sadhana world. In the series of mahavidyas, there is also a
kind of sadhana which creates a good blend of speech in regard of beauty. mahakali and
tripursundari mantra beeja exist in this important sadhana, Mahavidhya Mahakali bless with
vaak siddhi and vaak chaturthy ( speech accomplishments) and on other side bhagawati
tripursundari fulfill beauty of sweetness in the same.
Sadhak, who wish to accomplish this sadhana should have Munga rosary. This is just 11 days
sadhana which shoud be completed in night time after 9PM. Clothes should be white.
Direction should be north or east. Before starting mantrajaap one should take sanakalpa with
water in the palm. After that, chant 11 rosary of the following mantra.

Some easy and highly effective prayog for beauty

Every one wants to have beauty and attractive , this statement were true in past and still is
valid and true todays context. Now in current time man and woman are giving competition to
each other. So who have time to care about himself either he left himself on the mercy of
circumstances or take help of beauty parlor.
Here are some easy prayog that will prove to be highly effective.
Prayog no 1:
In first site any person see your face first and when the face is full of radiance and glow than
what left to say , now a day so many product available in the market , but on the contrary to
use them, use make a paste of dahi and besan , when this is prepared apply on the face
and on the neck and do massage with very light hand and than wash with clean water, and
do repeat this process daily , than within few days your face again full of glow.
Prayog no 2:
Beauty of the face has also dependent upon the hair, the prayog that which continuously
applied by our forefather still highly effective, and according to that take black soil from any
agriculture land , make a powder of than and if possible grind that so every fine particle
remains , or if this is not possible than put that black soil in a pot and apply water on that so
that a paste like substance formed, than wash you r hair with water first and than slowly and
slowly apply this paste on your hair and their roots , and after 10/15 minute wash your hair
with clean water, so you will see yourself the changes in your hair.

No one deny the importance of water for beauty of face and body but in todays modern life
style its very hard to have balance life and even taking essential on the time itself becomes
hard, as the Ayurved advocates that before sun rise one should drink 3- 4 Gilas of water(
those who do have
this habit have to practice starting with one Gilas of water and than
increase gradually ,,) when in day time you need to drink water ,do not stop yourself . slowly,
slowly you will find that a radiance will add in your face and you will feel much healthy.
After that take ankurit chane and after that light hot milk (already have some sugar) within
some days you feel much change .
Prayog no 4:
If possible than massage whole body this will help to come out sweat that is very good for
healthy body and its beauty .
Prayog no 5:
Add water in multani miiti (soil),and make paste and add little chandan and Gulab jal than
thoroughly mix again , when a paste Is prepared and apply on your face, and after 10/15
minute wash your face with water, this also a very good for increasing glow in your face.
Prayog no 6:
Mix patals of rose in milk and this thoroughly mix , apply on your body and face this is also a
good for increasing glow in your face and complete body.

with water , this also good for face.

Papita fruit is very good for stomach this every body knew already but apply fully ripe papita s
gooda to your face and than wash with light hot water , pimples will gone within some days.

Majority of the people are suffering from a hair problem known as rushi (dandruff ) if add a
juice of half of a lime in one cup of water , and wash your hair with this than this problem
soon be solved.
Prayog no 11:
If massage of the face is done this proved to be very helpful and if this massage is done with
olive oil with added nibu juice specially on the nighttime when you are taking sleep, see your
what good changes it takes place.

Vaam Soundaryaa Yantra amazing yantra prayog to gain extreme Beauty
Importance of the Yantra cannot be described in the words; it is complete subject in itself. By
producing energy through various figures, yantra is science of attracting powers of the universe.
It is not just an image, it is an epitome which gives birth to particular energy. But it is essential to
know important fact about yantra that it is must to have activated power in the yantra.
because how powerless thing can could be expect to produce power. For that there are various
methods (Vidhan).
In this way our sages made hard work and found out producing methods of the various yantra to
fulfil wishes and desires related to every aspect of the life.
In the same way, the given yantra is amazing prayog, it is secretly remained useful to have
beauty. by completing this prayog, one can have attractive beauty. This yantra is called Vaam
Saundaryaa yantra. This look something like other normal yantra only but there are so many
hidden specialities which could be described this way in short. In middle there is a downward
triangle which is symbol of Shakti. Inside that there is oblique triangle the meaning of the same
is very secret, here, triangle is not passing through other triangle but it is at touching, it means

The base of the Yoga-tantra is one big mystery, which is too wide to understand, from centuries
Sadhakas of all ages have tried to understand this base and by generating more and more
knowledge of the same, all aspect of the same have not been disclosed, that base is Kundalini
Power.

However, the aspects related to kundalini which came to front are enough to make people
understand power of the same. In common, in general most favorite thing among sadhak of
kundalini is Shat-chakra jagaran, but higher level yogis often told that even Sahastraar Jagaran is
just a starting of the Kundalini, after that there are so many rare powers related to the many
chakras like hraday chakra, chit chakra, mastishk chakra, surya chakra etc. about which we
common people might not have the knowledge but higher spiritual level attended yogis keeps on
doing hundreds of years sadhana to activate single chakras. This way, it is infinite and
mysterious subject. In this regard, there are billions processes with this subject.
There is very important process for kayakalp under yogatantra. What is the real meaning of
kayakalp and beauty has already been discussed in detail that it is not process only to have a
beautiful body. It is also about cleaning of the soul by removing boundaries and to have joy.
When sadhak does the process to see the internal chakras with the actual path of kundalini then
when being ahead from muladhar he can see a triangle, which is internal Yoni, humans heart
aspect and feminine emotions are related to this triangle, and above the same near Manipur
chakra there is a Linga situated just above the triangle or Yoni, which is related to humans brain
aspect and male emotions.
With this triangle yogi and linga, the shivalinga is formed which is
termed as aatma-linga in yogtantra. To have glimpse of this linga is auspicious and power giver.
Everyone knows the importance of the shivalinga abhisheka. In this way, if sadhak does
abhisheka of this linga, the power and energy oozed out from the aatmalinga will be able to do
kayakalp of the internal body, after which sadhak stays serene and sadhak have a new power on
his face and in speech. Sadhak internally stay in enthusiasm & Joy and many siddhis he get by
himself.
he process of this rare constitute is this way. One should
try to do process in the bramhamuhurt, but in case if it is not possible, manage a time when there
is no noice and no possibilities of disturbance. Sadhak should practice anulom-vilom pranayam
with Soham Beeja according to individual capabilities. One should go for bhastrika after that. It
has came to know that if sadhak does 120 time full bhastrika in 2 minutes; after closing the eyes,
one may have glimpse of the internal kundalini way for few moments. In this time duration one
should keep on chanting Aum AatmaLingaaya Hum. By doing regular exercise of this practice
one will start having glimpse of the Linga clearly.

mantra Aum aatmalingaay siddhim phat according to individuals imagination. The one which is
visualized with eyes in outer world, with Chit one watches it inside, Chit does the creation of the
things internally with medium of the eyes and that only particular is understand by us for the
visualization and feeling of existence out of the body, So, in this process, Sukshma creation of the
chit creates base for the actual thing to occur, therefore, the imagination of the abhiseka from the
chita creates the actual abhiseka in the sukshma world at the same time, this way whatever you
are doing with abhisekha it may be just an imagination for you, it for sure is having an existence
in Sukshma world. The practice when started by sadhak, Kayakalp of the sadhak even starts
occurring.
