Additional Notes:
Our individualized workout plan:
Why?

We wanted to go above and beyond to show our programs are beneficial.

Take the guess work out of the workouts and individualize the programs.
We have the ability to show the benefit and results while also analyzing our
effectiveness.

How?

The program helps calculates each individuals workout based on their maxes
in four core lifts.
The same program helps the student analyzes the percent of change for each
core lift as well as the fitness components.

Benefits

The program allows us to analyze our assessment and see if we are being
effective.
It also shows areas that we may not be as effective in so we can alter our
instruction if necessary.
It shows statistical proof that our program is effective for individuals as well
as a class as a whole.
It provides constant and immediate feedback and evaluation to the students.
It provides constant feedback to parents to show the progress of their
student.
Each student has their own individual program that will be provided to them
at the end of the semester that shows their overall progress and also provides

the tools to continue the program after the class is over.

Differentiation:

Adjust physical activity as necessary for individual physical needs,

group by ability and maxes.
