Implication towards genetic influence


‡ Physical aspects - between a person to another, there must be a differences in terms of sex, appearance and body size and also physical skills. ‡ Cognitive aspects - there are differences in terms of mentality, learning, memory, reasoning and analyzing abilities as well as intelligence.

‡ Emotional aspects - no two individuals will exhibit identical emotional feeling at the same time an in the same situation. ‡ Behaviours - different in terms of communication, interaction and social activities. ‡ Social aspects - different on the style of social interaction.

Implication towards environmental influence


‡ Family influence - differences in home atmosphere, food, guidance and family socioeconomic status will produce individuals with different levels of development. ‡ Peer group - this will influence in intellectual, personality, emotional and social aspects

‡ Culture and belief - this will influence children s development in socioeconomic, personality and spiritual aspects. ‡ Technological resources in urban and rural environment - exposure to healthy and adequate technological resources will improve their cognitive, emotional and social development. - rural pupils will be less informed ‡ Teachers and school - pose great influence on the development of pupils from intellect, emotion and social aspect.

Implications in T & L
‡ All the factors implies that every pupil is unique and possesses different characteristics from one another. ‡ Teacher must plan T & L activities according to their abilities. ‡ Use suitable strategies and approaches such as group remedial, enrichments activities and so on. ‡ Ascertain and develop the intelligence and abilities of pupils. ‡ Plan remedial activities for pupils who are unable to understand the concept taught. ‡ Plan enrichment programmed for pupils who are already mastered the knowledge.
