Torsional moment of inertia. t^3 * B / 3

t = fin glass thickness
B = fin glass width

Why put 2? In glass design put only 1?

The tributary width for the wind area is 2m (that is

the maximum mullion spacing). In glass panel
design, only 1m strip is considered using the 1-way
element (slab) analysis.

Stress ratio shall be less than 0.9
