CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL
1. WELCOMING STATEMENTS
At this time, attendees will be able to welcome each other to this commission and converse on
possible agenda items that can be considered for this engaging commission meeting.
2. OPEN FLOOR
At this time, the President will create time to listen to attendees issues, complaints, concerns, or
reports regarding items that concern Oversight and Governing Reform. Items should be written
on the white board for further assessment.
3. MEETING MINUTES
President Karl Catarata will outline the objectives of todays meeting in regards to the previous
meeting minutes from the last commission meeting.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: LEGISLATIVE: COMMISSION POLICIES AND REGULATIONS
Commission members should utilize this time to:

Find legislation to organize how this commission will run itself

How commission members will choose policies and regulations to operate within
respective jurisdictions

5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: ISSUES


Per council member, or per sub-commission, attendees will constructively note issues that this
commission should tackle as 2016 draws near.
6. ADMINISTRATIVE: SUB-COMMISSIONS REPORTS
OVERSIGHT
Oversight oversees the functions of all offices in IBC. Sub-Commissions on oversight
should look at how offices can function more efficiently, effectively, and more
cohesively.

GOVERNING REFORM
Governing reform oversees how the IBC governs the IB program. Reform allows the IBC
to review its actions and activities to better serve the program as a whole. SubCommissions should be crucial in how the IBC works overall.
The usage of the white board should be appropriate for this agenda item.
7. ACTION ITEMS REVIEW
The commission will overlook any assignments compiled together during the meeting in respect
to deadlines and completion times.
8. CLOSING: OPEN FLOOR AND ADJOURNMENT
