Scope of Services
The following scope of services has 3 phases includes:
Phase 1: Preliminaries
Phase 2: Designs
Phase 3: Construction Management

Phase 1
Preliminary Works
Conduct Compaction Test of existing slab
Conduct warehouse visual defects inspection
Proposed scope of works approved by the Client
Phase 2
Analysis & Design the re-slab of the existing slab
o Gathering of Data (Machinery Specification & others) for loading purposes.
o Investigate fill compaction capacity.
o Investigate & re-design existing concrete ramp.
o Generate structural surface modelling & analysis of the ground slab using Staad
o Provide manual structural design calculation generated using Excel Program.
o Prepare & compile one (1) set of structural analysis & design report.
Investigation of Tilted Slab lay out
o Investigate ground surface for compactness.
o Conduct concrete compressive test to existing concrete tilted slab using NonDestructiveTesting (NDT) Concrete Test Hammer.
o Conduct crack mapping investigation to existing concrete tilted slab.
o Prepare investigation report.
Phase 3
Develop and submit Proposed Project Timeline for Clients approval, to be included:
o Clear of materials from the warehouse
o Dismantle and re-assemble of machine
o Preparing of existing slab and re-slab start from the machine area
o Re-slab of whole warehouse slab including front vehicle entrance ramp
o Fixing warehouse defects
o Moving of 26 tilted slabs from Nukualofa to the site
Conduct tender process included but not limited to:
o Submit Proposed Contractors to be invited to tender for Clients approval
o Prepare Tender Documents
o Invitation to Tender
o Tender Evaluation Report
o Prepare Construction Specifications
o Prepare a Construction Cost Estimate no Bills of Quantity prepared in this proposal or
o Prepare Contract Document
Construction Management and Contract Administration included but not limited to:

Act as the Construction Superintendent


Review contractors proposed works program
Conduct start up meeting
Conduct site inspections
Conduct works Quality Assurance and Control
Ensure Contractor has Works Health and Safety Plan for construction
Evaluate Contractors Works Progress Claim and submit to Client for payment
Assess Contractors works performance on site
Conduct construction meetings
Construction works close up
