de Allende : capable of reach freezing temperatures

Winters in the southern states are gentle while in the
northern states contain low temperatures and heavy
snow
summers are hot and humid in the southern states and

The east side has warm summers with cool mornings and
pleasant evening conditions

Mexican President
The Mexican president is currently, Enrique Pea Nieto. I believe the president should be impeached. If
the president was impeached I would run for president. I would keep the promises I made to the citizens
so that they could vote for me and complete those promises. I would be able to make sure to help all the
citizens that are living in poverty through special programs. I would also make sure to use all the
taxes collected towards the poverty programs and to make Mexico better.

Technology
There has been little development in Mexicos S&T (Science & technology) programmes in the recent past year
Major dependency on imported technology
Buys 94% of its technology; 6% is invented by Mexico
Because of the decrease in ideas for technology, Mexico has lost what is equal to $3 million US dollars in the past year
Out of the whole population in Mexico, only one in every 10,000 has a PhD

On September 26, it is Mexicos independence day when mexicans gained their freedom from the spanishborn ruling class
On November 1st, Saints day, all the innocent children that have passed away are honored
On November 2nd, souls day, older loved ones that passed away are honored
On december 16th, the christmas season starts with las posadas, where children go from door to door
acting reenacting Joseph and Mary when they were looking for shelter
On January 6th, children get their gifts due to three kings day
On December 12th, mexicans honor our lady of guadalupe with parades and religious celebrations
On May 5th, is when mexicans celebrate their victory against the french during the Franco-Mexican war,
( began 1861, ended 1867) with parades, performances by mariachis, along with street festivals

Tax Haven
What is Tax Haven?
Tax Haven is a certain country or independent area with taxes that are collected
at a small rate.
Mexicos tax haven is located in the whole country of mexico and the tax rate is
40.1% less than the United States, 29.64% average.

what is Kleptocracy?
Kleptocracy is a type of ruler in control over an area, uses its political power as
an advantage to steal their countrys resources.

Unemployment rate
The Unemployment rate average, between the years
1994 and 2015, is 3.82% while in the United States
the unemployment rate was 5.5% during may 2015.
The rate of poverty in mexico is 53.2%

What is Transparency International ?


Transparency international is a global movement with a mission to help the
world get rid of corruption by working together with governments, businesses
and citizens to cease the abusing of power, bribery, and secret deals.
Transparency International helps to give voice to the victims along with
witnesses of corruption.
