Charges

Below is a list of what we charge for things we have to prepare when a resident moves out and leaves
his or her dwelling in need of one thing or another. Typically, it is to the residents benefit to communicate
any anticipated issues to the property manager prior to move-out. Please note that these charges are just
averages and that sometimes the actual charges may be higher or lower. However, most of the time they are
exactly as shown below. All replacement charges below include parts and labor.
