1. Walt Disney grew up on a

farm. He loved to draw
animals. Later, he wanted to
get a job as a cartoonist for a
newspaper. He was not
successful. Then he got a job
to make cartoons for movies.
This was near new business
at that time. Disney liked this
idea. Hollywood was a better
place for this new business.

He started his own movie company
