AFFIDAVIT
I, Dew Wendy Ampaslupa, of legal age, Filipino, single and a
resident of Sitio Masalay, Ampaslupa, Maguindawin, after sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:
1. I know Lindol Ampaslupa, Jr. and Scaly Ampaslupa, they
being my uncle and father respectively;
2. That Lindol Ampaslupa, Jr. and Scaly Ampaslupa are accused
of multiple murder with rape under the Criminal Case #
__________, which allegedly happened on November 23,
2009;
3. That the accusations against them is false and baseless, the
reason being that my father and uncle were nowhere near
the place where such crimes happened;
4. That on November 19, 2009 I was asked by my father to
accompany him and my uncle in a series of meetings with
other regional governors to be held in Davao City for three
days, after which we were to fly to Manila to meet friends.
5. That on November 21, 2009 at around 7am, my father, uncle
and I arrived at Francisco Bangoy International Airport in
Davao.
6. That the regional governors meeting started at around 9am
and ended at 2pm on the same day, for three (3) days, from
November 21, 2009 to November 23, 2009.
7. That I was with my father and uncle on the three (3) days
that we were in Davao.
8. That we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with all the other
regional governors for the first two days in Davao, except
that on November 23, 2009, the three of us were not able to
have dinner anymore as we had to fly to Manila.

9. That on November 23, 2009 at around 4pm, we departed

from Francisco Bangoy International Airport and arrived in
Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila at around 6pm
the same day.

That we went straight to our hotel at Solaire Resort and
Casino and no longer went out.

That when my father decided to watch the news, we
were shocked to find out that numerous persons were killed
back in our home in Ampaslupa, Maguindawin on the same
day.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts and in order to controvert the accusations against my father.
