Meeting 1: Should be conducted before the commencement of semester

after subject Allocation

Agenda
1. Overview of Course outcomes with course contents
2. Disscussion on the observation made by the course coordinator meetings of the
previous academic year.
3. Identification of content delivery and assessment methods.
4. Discussion on the Lecture plan and modification of the same including the topics
to be covered by guest lecture/Industrial visit/workshops etc,
5. Identification of the requirement of learning resources.
6. Any other item.

Meeting 2: Should be conducted after 15 days of the first meeting


Agenda:
1. Action taken of the previous meeting.
2. Discussion on the observation made by the HOD over the previous meeting.
3. Verification of 1st unit course materials as the lecture plan including delivery.
4. Discussion on the preparation of Assignment sheets.
5. Discussion on the preparation of question bank for competitive exams/GATE
etc.,
6. Discussion on the readiness of course orientation presentation/material.
7. Any other item.
