Administratice Procedure
1.First Mailing By Notary Presentment.
a.Debt Validation Letter;*
b.Debt Collector Disclosure Statement;*
c.Notice and Request for Statement of Account;*
d.Notice and Request for Response Regarding Execution of Assignment;*
e.Affidavit of Truth;*
f.Letter of Authority;*
g.Affidavit of Mailing;*
h.They will be given 20 days to respond;
i.Affidavit/Certificate of Non-Response;*
2.Second Mailing By Notary Presentment.
a.Notice of Fault with Opportunity to Cure;*
b.Affidavit of Mailing;
c.They will be given 10 days to respond;
d.Affidavit/Certificate of Non-Response;
3.Third Mailing By Notary Presentment.
a.Notice of Default and Consent to Judgment;*
b.Affidavit of Mailing;
c.They will be given 10 days to respond;
d.Affidavit/Certificate of Non-Response;
4.Notice of Pending Affidavit of Satisfaction*
5.Certificate of Dishonor;*
6.File a claim for a Declaratory Judgment: You will file your own claims.

** This is a typical outline of an Administrative Procedure. However, The number of mailings can vary
depending uopn the particular issue. However many number of mailings, there will always be the initial
notice, a notice of fault at some point, and then a notice of default. All mailings are done by notary
presentment. This is what qualifies this procedure to be submitted as verified admissable evidence into
the court record.
*** There are two other things that must be done concurrently, if they have not been done yet.
1. Authenticate you birth certificate at the state and federal level. (instructions provided)
2. Accept and authenticate your Grant/Waranty Deed at the state level. (instructions provided)
