Art and Musics has fundamental Contributions

Art and Music is an important part in developing the brain and

enhancing education, as well as values. As Magdalena Abakanowicz once
said Art does not solve problems but makes us aware of their existence.
Not only does it provide a way of expression and creates emotion, it furthers
development and education but plays a great role in society and culture. It
can help us navigate the ever-changing world around us. However it is
underappreciated and not valued as much as it should be in society today.
Many people believe that Art and Music cannot help from where we have
advanced in the world today and its a shame. In the following paragraphs I
will be proving that they have helped us much to get to where we are and
will continue to help us to advance in the future.
Technology continues to fascinate us around the world each day,
bringing wonder, curiosity to our eyes all around the world. Currently, people
are finding and creating ways to use technology to convert emotions into
music. By developing technology that links thoughts, command and
emotions from the brains to a computer using EEG (TDLC).Reshaping

medicine, showing the brain emotions never thought possible with music.
Behavioral data shows that musical training, as well as neuroplasticitybased training significantly improves language and reading skills (TDLC).
Another great thing about using music with the brain is that Musical

experience improves the way peoples brains process split-second changes in
sounds and tones used in speech and consequently, may affect the acoustic
and phonetic can process more subtle auditory cues that occur
simultaneously(TDLC). This meaning that if you hear the same sound
several times and cant tell if there is a difference musical experience would
help you to see if there was a subtle difference in any of the sounds of the
sequence.
Throughout history, Music and Art have always been important in
cultures and society. Whether if it was to show traditions, folk tale songs,
stories of the past or a ritual it was a way to express to them a part of who
they are. Huffington Post says that art is something that shows itself sure
its good to understand context and history, but sometimes you just have to
look (Huffington Post). Showing that Art and Music is not always simple to
see and cant be shone through words, but illustrations and sound. El
Sistema, is the Venezuelan music-education program providing those in
poverty to preform music and art in public. . The fact that people are awe
of El Sistema says more about the low expectations of young peoples

abilities than about the importance of the arts to society (Spiked). The arts
have a complex relationship with society, but even though it can hardship
they provide a profound sense of the values that permit civilized life to go
on; what constitutes art and whether beauty matters(Spiked).
Creativity burst throughout your brain bringing a pencil to your hand,
your mind feels cultivated with inspiration. From a doodle in your head to an
illustration on a page within minutes. Art education teaches students how to
interpret, criticize and use visual information

and how to make choices based on it (PBS, Lynch). Art involvement is
associated with gains in math, reading, cognitive ability, critical thinking, and
verbal skill (PBS). Art can also allow you to learn motor skills in
development, just by scribbling with a crayon it can improve your motor
skills. These skills coming easily to anyone while a simple doodle or a
professional piece of work. A 2005 report by Rand Corpratior about the
visual arts argues that the intrinsic pleasures stimulation of the art
experience do more than sweeten and indvuials life- according to a report
they can connect people more deeply to the world and open them in a new
way (Fran Smith).
In conclusion, music and art have a huge impact on the world, not only
emotionally and expressively but for growth. Your understanding of art and
the world and how you think and express yourself are enhanced (PBS). From

helping scientist to create new ways of emotions and expressions, making

society more aware in culture an themselves, and helping with growth in the
brain in various ways necessary in school and life. Showing that beauty is
beyond the depths of your brain.
