Headed for the Rally

The International Rescue Committee, or IRC, is being

drafted to open shop in Missoula. The IRC is responsible
for relocating 1000s of refugees across America.
Relatively immune until now, Montana is being positioned
for a flood of refugees over the next 18 months. Retired
Valley County Commissioner Dave Pippin is headed west

to take part in a protest rally on Monday, February 1st at

10 a.m. at the Missoula County Courthouse. He urges
anyone else who could possibly take the time and make
the trip to Missoula to do so. Also, he is seeking those
concerned to sign a petition. If youd like to sign one, stop
by BS Central (515 2nd Avenue South).

Petition summary and background: Missoula City

and County officials have written a letter of support
for the importing of Syrian Refugees. As stated by the
Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security
and Department of National Security, people from the
Middle East region cannot be properly investigated.
Action petitioned for: We, the undersigned, are
concerned citizens of Montana who urge our leaders
to act now and rescind their letter of support to bring
these immigrants into Missoula County because these
immigrants cannot be vetted properly.

If youd like to sign, stop by BS Central.

We need as many signatures we can get from across
Montana, says Dave Pippin. Hopefully numbers will
speak.

Could the Blues be back?

Idle since the end of the 2003 season, the Scobey Blues
American Legion Baseball program is hoping to make
a comeback.

They are having a meeting on Sunday, January 31st
with much to be discussed about the upcoming season
of a revived Blues program.

Heres to hoping it happens. It used to be a good
rival when the Reds and Blues met up on the baseball
diamond.

Montanas 2016 hunting and fishing licenses

go on sale Monday, February 1st, under a new fee
structure passed by the Montana State Legislature.
Licenses will be available at all Montana Fish,
Wildlife and Parks license outlets.
This year hunters must purchase a new base
hunting license that is a prerequisite to buying
any state hunting license. The $10 resident license
includes the hunting access enhancement fee that
was charged separately for $2 last year. The new
base hunting license was created in lieu of adjusting
license fees for individual species.
A season-long Montana resident fishing
license will increase by $3 this year to $21. Fishing
licenses will no longer be sold in combination with
a conservation license which is required for any
hunting or fishing license purchase. The price of a
resident conservation license will remain at $8 for
all ages.

Under the new structure, most licenses that were
free or discounted in 2015 will be charged at half of
the standard license cost. Previously, free licenses or
a variety of discounted prices were offered to some
youth, seniors and disabled sportsmen.
In 2016, only military recognition and block
management cooperator combination licenses
will remain free. FWP is reimbursed by the state
general fund for military recognition licenses and
block management cooperators provide hunting
opportunities for all sportsmen.
Starting Feb. 1, the new fee structure will
standardize the definition of youth as those between
12 and 17 years old. This language replaces a number
of age categories.
The price of all other resident tags, licenses,
drawing fees and permits will remain the same as in
2015.

Waddie Mitchell says, Do the Research, Get Involved

It has happened.

This (Tuesday, January 26) is a sad and pivotal day
for America. We, as usual, sit over our devices with coffee
spewing our half researched conclusions at the screen
that brought the news. We think were with them, or
maybe not. We dont want to loose what we do or dont
have. Surely the(our) Gov will do the right thing, right?
I know Im old. I know that after thirty plus
years of fighting this tyranny and constantly being
squashed by a faction of my own Gov, Im impatient
and disillusioned, no, much more than disillusioned,
disgusted.

The Governments ( low life public trough leech)
employees have lied to my face. Theyve lied on paper.
Theyve lied to you. Theyve lied to the press. Theyve
lied to the nation.

Now a patriot has given all to get the truth out.
That same truth the casually interested jumped on with
their unearned opinions, hindering forward motion of
a segment of Americans being heard. Thats what this
is all about, BEING HEARD.

Yea, but taking over a Gov installation is no
way to get people behind you.

Well, over a thirty year battle Wayne Hage waged
against tyrannies of his Gov, maybe three percent of
the press told his story, the rest came right out of the
Govs press release rooms.

The Dan sisters decades battle couldnt find ears.
Raymond Yowells ordeals carries on after
decades. He cant get heard and the Gov lawyers (on
our tax dollars) stall and wait out abused citizens bank
accounts.

Or, when overwhelming proof from private sector
range managers, professors of land management,
ranchers, natives, representatives and politicians all
came away with complete opposite of what the one
low level bureaucrat who is a scum puppet blatantly
stealing but one more ranch. Weve tried to get you to
listen but you wouldnt.

Two years ago an attorney, expert and local leader
on Federal abuses on public lands (who lost his life
for his effort) organized a cross country Gandi salt
march like, pony express like, horseback ride from the
Pacific to the Atlantic baring petitions from ranchers,
sportsmen, native Americans, environmentalists and
others tired of trying to make known our plight of
an ever increasingly over baring and oppressive Gov
agency. Seventeen days later the tired but determined

(no doubt a record for the fastest horseback cross

country trip) group passed off their ( alls) concerns to
a bunch of politicians aides. No one listened.

Year after year weve tried to get America to listen
to our concerns but a tax backed press agency feeds
and America swallows.

What Ammon and LaVoy (and the other patriots)
have done is against the Govs rules. Not law. (They
make the rules without any process and change
them at will). Even if it was a law, so is jay walking
and murder. One a little more severe than the other.
I hope you agree. To what degree of breaking a rule
justifies a Gov thug to murder an American peacefully
protesting Gov over reach?
Dont you see the irony? They arent rioting,
looting, setting fires or steaming hate. They have done
their best to let everyone know that they were there to
peacefully protest against their Govs double jeopardy
sending of two ranchers back to prison after having
paid their fines and doing the time ordered by the
court on the charge of arson. Two low level, interest
conflicted tax sucking duck watchers decided to have
them sent back to prison as domestic terrorists! (Read
about the judge)

You see, the ranchers had set a back fire to protect
their buildings and equipment. This is and has been
used as a fire fighting and management tool by the
BLM for many years. The fire jumped the road and
burned under 150 acres of Fed land. The Feds, on the
other hand, have burned hundreds of thousands of
acres of Fed lands, thousands of private acres, homes,
equipment and ruined lives. Not one toad terd licking,
mutent, tax tick Fed was held accountable and no
restitution has been paid.(burned them out!)

The protesters picked a little used or visited Gov
( tax payer) building. They threatened no one. Theyre
doing their best to assure those locals who feel uneasy
they will not be the threat. The community has gotten
behind them.
It has been the powerful Gov thugs that have
caused what fear the community has experienced.

But they are armed!
Armed yes, legally. Why would America have
doubt if that is legal or not? No matter where one
stands on that issue, it is legal. So is, like it or not,
abortion, civil rights, womens rights, child protection
laws, etc etc.
continued on back page

Waddie Mitchell continued

If they didnt want trouble, why bring weapons?

Kent State, Waco, Ruby Ridge ...

Would you want to go up against Gov murderers
without any chance, like so many have? They kill ya
armed or not.

A man has given his life in hopes this Gov tyranny
will be exposed. Please look into it for yourself, past
the Gov press releases. We must be able to hold these
buzzard scat, bile spewing, murdering Gov thugs
accountable.

We must demand to see the videos of the murder.
We all know that is standard operating procedure, we
also know they will want to hide them.
If you do the research and you agree the Gov
agency has over reached its intended and given
powers, please put pressure on your so called reps in
Washington to get off their no account politician asses
and do what is right for the country, the citizens and
the West.
Call em, text em, Twitter em and whatever else
folks do now days. Question your sheriff and your
Governor as to where they stand. Get hold of your
news papers and TV news depts and ask that they not
be so biased, dig a little, at least attempt to bring out
the whole story.
If youve never gotten involved with an issue,
this is the one you should. Lets be on the right side of
history on this one.
This is written with heavy heart and a stronger
resolution.

PLEASE, dont let this great patriots ultimate
sacrifice be for naught.

Thank You

Waddie Mitchell

Jiggs, Nevada
(Bruce Waddie Mitchell is a cowboy poet. Born
on a ranch in Jiggs, a forgotten spot south of Elko,
Nevada, he liked to rhyme and to listen to the stories
of cowhands, who in an earlier time were called
waddies. He helped organize the first cowboy poetry
gathering in 1985. Tonight Show host Johnny
Carson was a cowboy poetry fan and invited Waddie to
appear on his show. Waddie, who then lived in a home
without TV, first hesitated, but later consented. He
would appear several times with Carson and quickly
become the most famous cowboy poet in America. His
wife, Lisa, is the daughter of the late comedian Buddy
