Mill
Sambhav Spinning mill is a unit of the Nahar Group
of Industries And established in 1995. At that
time acrylic was used as the raw material. In the
year of 2000, cotton begin to used as the raw
material. In this unit 49200 spindles of the ring
frame and 3290 spindles of open-end.Production
per day is about 50 ton.

OPEN-END SPINNING
Open-end spinning is a process in which fibrous material is
highly drafted, creating a break in the continuous fibre
mass. The individual fibres are subsequently collected
onto the open end of end of the yarn that is rotated to
twist the fibres in the yarn structure to form a continuous
yarn .This length is wound to form a packages.

CONDITIONING
The machine used for the yarn
conditioning is Microprocessor Controlled
Automatic Machine. This machine is
used to process different type of the
yarns to achieve the required quality of
the yarn. The yarn in this m/c is
conditioned with the help f the steam
generated inside it. The machine is
controlled with the help of controller.
OBJECTIVES OF THE YARN
CONDITIONING
Conditioning of the yarn increases yarn
strength.
Due to conditioning the yarn gains
moisture and the weight of the package
increases which is economically better.
The package uniformity increases.

PACKAGING SECTION
OBJECTIVES OF THE PACKING
To make a final transportable package
Weighing each cone and rejecting its moisture
content
After conditioning of the yarn they are packed
within the carton 40-45minutes. If a cone weighs
1kg 300gm then a deviation of 100gm is
tolerable. If cone weighs more or less then it again
sent back to rewinding department. In a carton
about 40 cones are packed. Inside each cone
stickers are attached.
