landed and everyone got escorted out by the soldiers, we all got put in separate rooms where they
prepared us for the Games.
It was about time to go into the arena, my makeup crew just left and all that was left was my
outfit designer, Dont be worried, I cant bet but if I could Id bet on you. He said and he left. I
got into this tube and it raised me up to the arena. I looked around and saw the people who were
on the shuttle with me, we were staring at each other. Then suddenly there was a voice counting
down. 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Then a cannon shot and thats how we
knew it was time to start the Changing Games.
I ran for the tree line while others used heat and pressure to eliminate the igneous, and some of
the sedimentary rocks, rocks started to use heat and pressure to change them into metamorphic
rocks. I was scared, when I looked up I saw how many people had been eliminated. Ten. That
meant only fourteen rocks remained in my way to victory. I made sure to stay in cool areas
because if I melt I could turn into igneous or if I erode I could turn into sediments and then be
compressed together to turn into sedimentary rock.
An hour has passed and I have just been waiting, I looked up at the sky again and the number
had changed from ten to twenty. I heard a noise and I looked down and saw Isaac Igneous. I
knew I had to change him into a metamorphic rock. I took a mirror I had gotten in my bag before
the games and I made it so the light of the sun reflected off of the mirror and pointed at him and
he started to change before my eyes! I looked up at the sky again and it said twenty-one have
been changed. I was so close to victory I could taste it! I went back to the middle of the arena
and I waited for someone to come here so I could Change them.
Phil, a metamorphic rock came. I hid behind a tree and waited for him to come near. The closer
he came the more ready I got. He came closer and I jumped behind him and pushed him against a
tree making him erode and turn into sediments right there. Thats how I knew I had won. I was
the victor of the 149th Changing Games! I arrived home on the same train that took me there and
everyone applauded me. I was finally safe to change back to my original form of a sedimentary
rock.
