If a number ends in the letter x (six, dix, deux, etc.) and the word that comes after
it starts with a vowel, pronounce the x with a z sound.
If this situation occurs with a number that ends in the letter f, pronounce the f with
a v sound.

It is important to notice the differences in pronouncing the s sound for Ils sont an Ils ont.
Ils sont has an s sound to signify that you are saying they are whereas Ils ont has a z
sound to signify you are saying they have. DONT GET THEM CONFUSED!
There are only 4 verbs that end with ont for the plural conjugation they: tre, Avoir,
Faire, and Aller. All the rest end with ent.
