5/1. Continuation of Human Civilisation on Mars

The General Assembly,
Demonstrating our commitment to peaceful solutions in establishing human
civilisation on the Martian planet,
Acknowledging major manufacturing contributions of China and India to the South
African space ship, as well as German, French, Japanese, and British Contribution to the
spaceship in the custody of the United States,
Further Acknowledging the need for a complete and self sufficient labour force on
the Martian colonies including manual workers, skilled labourers, executives and elites,
and a total approximately equal distribution of primary, secondary, and territory
industries,

Renames the United Nations to the United Nations of Earth;

Respects the discretion of the countries responsible for manufacturing the

spaceships to allocate their spots as their authorities collectively see fit;
Affirming the United Nations Secretariats assistance in human resources and

expertise on demand of manufacturing nations in selection of the appropriate candidates for
habitant Mars in a way that allows it to be self sustainable and efficient;
Requesting fifteen members of the United Nations Secretariat to be permitted
4.
access to places on the spaceships, under the lead of the Secretary-General, to establish the
new United Nations of Mars;
Proclaims the establishment of The Global Economic Organisation (GEO) as
5.
an independent multilateral international institution tasked with the restoration of any
environmentally salvageable regions of the Earth, with the use of advanced technology
research and sovereign global economic policy in areas of particular interest, such as but
not limited to Europe, Southern Sub-Saharan Africa, Canada, and North Eastern Asia;
Appoints Justin Trudeau the Eighth as the de facto Director-General of the

Global Economic Organisation until a formal establishment and democratic election can be
completed for the organisation;
Welcomes the Canadian offer to hold the Headquarters of the Global
7.
Economic Organisation of the United Nations on Earth in Montreal, Quebec, a city which
has been largely successful in combated the consequences of climate change;
Promotes the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations of Earth,
8.
Bernadette Sanders, to the position of Secretary-General, providing her a mandate to
maintain the United Nations mission;
Requests the United Nations Security Council votes on the prospect of
9.
sending all United Nations peacekeeper units to guard the existing spaceships from terrorist
and foreign attacks.
