Sir,
We appreciate the opportunity to be your service provider and assist you in managing your books
of accounts including compliances to all the accounting standards and statutory compliances
applicable and developing an effective internal control system with intelligent review mechanism
for the financial year of 2015-16. This letter is to confirm our plans to conduct the engagement
beginning as on the date of signing this engagement letter and to provide you with an overview of
our objectives, scope, and nature of our work.
Objectives and Scope
The objectives of the engagement are as follows:

Fees & Expenses:

The fees for the engagement shall be INR 6500/- per month, the breakup of which is as follows :Sl.No

The fees quoted above is on the basis of work involved as seen by us on our visit on 11.12.2015.
The fees is subject to increase when there is a substantial increase in the volume of work to be
performed by us.
Regular visits to the premises of the firm shall be undertaken on a weekly basis, based on the
frequency or measure of work.
Communication & Protocols:
In order to facilitate timely communication, update shall be provided to the Client with regard to
status of work and the challenges faced, if any on a regular basis.
Specific Additional understanding:
Any other services provided by GRO Associates which are not mentioned in the scope above shall
be charged additionally. However, such charges would be communicated prior
to performing any service.
