8 sets leg presses feet super close and low 15 reps up to 32 plates. Last set dr
opped weight to 16 total plates banged out 60 reps
4 sets bb squats wide stance 12-15 reps ,
4 sets leg extensions 20 reps slow with 2 second pause at the top ....
4 sets lying leg curls 15 reps ,
3 sets wise stance stuff legs
2 sets close stance stuff legs .
3 sets 1 legged leg presses feet super high 25 reps each leg ..
If you want big leg legs than this is how you train them intense high volume and
heavy .
Short rest periods and force as much blood in the muscles
