PA ANNOUCEMENTS:
#1- Due to the power outage that just occurred, we must temporarily suspend the
contest. For your safety and the safety of others, we ask you to be seated, calm, and
quiet while we attend to this matter. Further information will be provided when its
available.
#2- We are unable to restore power and this event has to be suspended. Information
regarding rescheduling will be available on the athletic department website and in
the local newspaper.

move towards the nearest exit in a calm, quiet and orderly fashion. We will provide
further information as soon as possible. Should the contest not resume tonight, you
will find details on the rescheduling on the schools athletic website.

THESE TEAMS WILL FOLLOW THE SHELTER PLAN OF THE FACILITY THAT WE ARE
USING
CROSS COUNTRY AND TENNIS- ALLEGANY COLLEGE OF MARYLAND
BOWLING- THE BOWLER
GOLF- FORE SISTERS
SOFTBALL- PVAA COMPLEX
Coaches of these teams should ensure that they have information from the loaned
facilities and that a copy is provided to the athletic director.
