FORGET NOT HIS BENEFITS

Blessed the Lord, O my soul and all thats within me blessed his holy
name. Bless the lord O my soul and forget not all his benefits (psalms
103: 1-2)
Today I urge you to really think about the goodness of lord over your
life. Think about his mercies and his provisions. And forget not how he
delivered you from the manipulations of the devil. I implore you to
therefore go out of your way to give him quality thanks, because the
fact that you are still around is worth thanking him for just take a good
look at yourself and you will see the glory of God all over you. Do not
fall for lie of the enemy that there is nothing special to thank God for.
You may not have seen the manifestation of all you believed God for
this year but I can tell you without any shadow of doubt in my heart
that of certainty you have more from where you used to be
Beloved there is so much to thank God for the fact that you are still
alive is a miracle in itself and God alone deserves all the glory
(lamentation 3:22 says its us if the lords mercies that we are not
consumes because his compassions fail not learn always to go to God
with the attitude of praise and thanksgiving. Like the adage says if you
think then you can thank.
Take time to reflect on the past days, weeks, months and years.
Think about his love for you and your households.
Think about where you were last year and where you are now.
Think about where he has brought you from and how far he has taken
you.
Think about all the things that could have happened that never
happened and all the things that he delivered you from.
The times we are in have no doubt been that of global economic crisis,
wars, rumors of war in diverse places, earthquake tsunamis and
famine. Even in our country, we have had our own fair share of
economic and political challenge s, bombing, kidnappings, killings and
a general sense of insecurity. But through it all, our God has been
faithful. His keeping grace kept you all as individuals and families.
When you sit back and think about the fact that you escaped all the
attacks if the adversary even when you were not aware of them, then
you can only give him thanks
When you think about his mercies when you had cause to travel on our
highways, which are nothing but death traps and come back alive then
you will give him thanks. Like I have always said. Its only the living

that can praise him. So go ahead and give him all the praise and
shame to the devil
