Staff Comments:
Fall: I think that I have been able to make a strong connction with the residents or at least I try to. Sometimes it is is
awkward for me to do this when a person is shy with me. But other than that I see myself actually growing even more
out of being shy. Something I try to work on every shift I have is greet everyone when they pass by, I say hi but I feel
like I need to expand on that, like ask more people how are they doing. As for supervisor staff communication I dont
have much examples I can think of where I needed to give you important information. I also feel like I wear
appropriate work attire, I even feel bad when I am in jeans and my Eastern attire. So I dont think I have a problem
with that. But for other other job responsibilities I feel like I am doing the best I can.
Winter: This quarter has given me the extra oppourtunity to get to know the residents on a more personal level, being
more comfortable to ask them questions about their life back home or relationships. Things like that. Greeting people
have improved a little, I feel less awaward to say hi and ask how people are but there is still room for improvement.
When I have certain information to tell my supervior I tell them in a timely manner. There hasn't had many instances
where I have to follow up with my superviosr this quarter. My work attire is still up to expectations. This quarter I have
only been late one time, if even that. Being late is not professional so I try my hardest not to. This quarter I didn't have
many things to complete.

Fall: I am consistently pleased with Meagan's presence at the hall office, including her positive attitude, and
willingness to help staff with tasks. Meagan is a wonderful addition to our team dynamic, and has done a wonderful
job of making the hall office a welcoming experience for the residents. Although she meets my high expectations for
work ethic and attitude, there is always room for improvement and taking things to the next level; I would like to
assess these goals with Meagan to figure out where she can continue to grow.

Staff Comments:
Fall: I am a very postive person and so I am someone that people would find easy to talk to, but comparing myself to
the other staff members I wouldnt be the first person people to go to. But that is also because they will most likely go
to their CA'S to ask questions which is totally okay! I am one that is a stickler on proper work attitudeso if any other the
other staff needs me to do something I am all for it. Oh lastly, our staff is so great and I work very well with them, its
more like a family.
Winter: This quarter I actually have had a lot more people come up to me for help, I was even recognized and
thanked for my aility to answer questions. If another staff member needs my help I will always help, even if I am not
working. I do everything in a respectful way, no matter if someone is driving me crazy. I love working with everyone on
the staff.

Fall: Meagan is an excellent addition to our team. She is respectful and considerate of others. Even though she isn't
a CA, she supports the CA staff and works well to help them fulfill their duties.

Winter: Work on taking the greeting to the next level - asking questions or interacting with them while they are waiting
for the elevator. Continue being aware of opportunities to grow in the position.
