Document Checklist
Please find below the list of documents to be brought on the day of the GE-PI-WAT
process. Please ensure that you carry the ORIGINAL COPY of the following
documents in the below mentioned order:
1. Photo Identity Proof *
Any 1 of the following proof is acceptable:
Passport
Voter ID Card
Driving License
PAN Card
Aadhar Card
Notarized affidavit with photo, signature, date of birth and residential
address
2. SNAP Admit Card *
3. Self-attested SNAP Test Score Card *

4. GE-PI-WAT Admit Card *

5. GE-PI-WAT Confirmation Letter *
(This refers to the congratulatory mail received on your registered email
address on 16th January)
6. Original Caste/Category Certificate (SC/ ST/ Differently Abled/ Kashmiri
Migrant) If applicable
7. Three copies of SCMHRD Registration Form *

8. Two copies of GE-PI Process Form *

9. Original Std. X, Std. XII mark sheets*
10.Original Graduation Degree mark sheets (All Semesters, Graduation/
Provisional Degree Certificate) *
11.Original Post-Graduation mark sheets (All Semesters, Graduation/ Provisional
Degree Certificate) If applicable
12.If your university grants score in the CGPA system instead of the percentage
system, then please bring the official document certifying the conversion
formula If applicable
13.Original Work Experience Certificates issued by the Company (Joining letter
and relieving letter or Pay-slips of the first and last months are also
acceptable) If applicable
14.Original copy of other certificates for professional qualifications (Chartered
Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Cost and Works
Accountancy (CWA), Company Secretary (CS) only) and extra-curricular
activities If applicable
