    (IreneSilbert),andtheTechstudents.TheVocalMusicdepartmenthasneverhadaChoir
    Concertthatearlyintheyear.TheearliestaChoirConcerthastakenplacewastwomonthsinto
    thebeginningoftheschoolyearin2014.Additionally,Iwasableto
    usereliableresourcesand
    technologiestoaccess,interpretandutilizeinformation
    byresearchingproductioninthe
    musicindustryformySeniorProjectPaperandcollaboratingwiththeTechTeaminorderto
    organizethesound,lighting,andstagemanagementfortheshow.Also,Iwasableto
    develop
    innovativeandcreativeproblemsolvingskillsthroughcriticalthinking
    whenfacedwiththe
    problemthattheshowwasnotonehourlong.Tosolvethisproblem,Icameupwiththeideaof
    addinganotheracttotheshow.Mrs.Abbelovedthisideaandwewereabletoarrangefor
    anothersetofperformerstobeintheshow.Throughouttheentireprocess,ImadesurethatI
    wroteandspokelogically,analytically,andrespectively
    toeveryonewhowasinvolvedinthis
    process.Ic
    hooseandfollowedthepathoftheschoolandthePerformingArtsAcademy
    by
    settingthegoalofcertifyinginVocalMusicforthisacademy.
    InadditiontobeingscholarlyinmySeniorProject,IdemonstratedthatIamalsoskilled.
    ImadesurethatIwasan
    effectivecommunicator
    withmymentorandtheTechTeam.Itwas
    importanttoestablishfrequentcommunicationtoeveryonewhowasassociatedwiththeshowin
    orderforPoptembertobesuccessful.Iwasableto
    demonstratelifeandcareerpreparedness
    byalwaysmakingsuretobeawareofdeadlines,completealltasksbeforethedeadline,andturn
    inalloftheappropriatepaperworkforPoptember.Iwasableto
    incorporatetheskillsand
    conceptsofacademics,thearts,andinformationtechnology
    throughresearchingproduction
    intheMusicIndustryandwritingmySeniorProjectessay,havingaPosterdesignedandcreated
    formyevent,andbeingabletouseacomputerprogramtomakePoptembersshowprogram.

    ProjectPaper.Somesourcesareverybiasedandarenotcredible,soitwasmyjobtobeableto

    expressvisualimagery
    throughthePoptemberPosterthat
    wasdesignedbyCassidyDouglas,aGraphicDesignROP/CTEstudentatSantaSusanaHigh
    School.
    Lastly,IdemonstratedbeinghumanethroughmySeniorProject.ThroughoutmySenior
    ProjectPaper,Iwasableto
    ethicallyusetechnologiestoobtain,process,andconvey
    informationbeacademicallyhonest,andbehonorable
    throughmyresearchandhowIwrote
    mypaper.Also,Iwasableto
    becomeaninformed,thoughtful,andresponsibleglobalcitizen
    whoworksbothindependentlyandcollaboratively,anddemonstratecompassionand
    mutualrespectfordifferencesamongpeople
    throughhowIinteractedwithMrs.Abbe,the
    Choirstudents,IreneSilbert,andtheTechTeam.
