NEHBA ANNUAL MEETING

January 31, 2016

The annual meeting opened at 9:15am with a roll call being completed with
all clubs except Central Mass Beagle club being represented.
President Larry spoke of the state of the association and how we had a good year despite the
cancelling of many of our trials. He then spoke on the issue of Central Mass and
their choice of judges, specifically Marshal Sparks as he is not in good standing with
the association currently. Lastly it was brought to the Association that Central Mass
was dropping out from the association, no official word has been delivered to the
board.
Treasurer ReportDoug Bower reports that the account is finally up and running but still looking into a
few matters in regards to Non-profit status and tax exempt. Also we did get our EIN
# and now are considered a corporation. With the banking we discussed the fee for
maintaining our checking at the bank of $10 dollars a month. The membership

resources wasnt cost effective. Doug to look into a passport account and get back
to us at a later date.
