I was given your name by (b) (6) and(b) (6) . I am trying to set up a Kick off meeting for the
Lordsburg TI project EA, administered by the El Paso PDT. Would you all be able to host a meeting at the
Station next Friday morning (Nov 9, 2007). If not could you and/or BP representatives be available on
Friday morning for an alternate location. I may be able to coordinate something at the Comfort Inn.

While I haven’t finalized coordination as of yet, as I would like to best accommodate Lordsburg station, the

We received the task order for the Lordsburg TI (border enforcement Zone). I sure as you already know,
the schedule is accelerated. (b) (5)

. The quicker that we get a good alignment “on the ground” the faster we
will be able move with the actual surveys BIO/CR and GEOTECH.

Which leads into my next question
