of September 30, 2012
OBJECTS OF THE CORPORATION
Section (e) Proposed Amendment to read as follows:

To promote allegiance to the Greek Orthodox faith in order to better observe, preserve and perpetuate its truest
and most authentic form.
SECTION THREE DIRECTORS - NUMBER OF DIRECTORS
Section 3.01(a) Proposed Amendment to read as follows:

The ordinary and day-to-day administration of the Corporation shall be conducted by Board of fifteen (15)
directors.
The elected Board shall have the authority to appoint up to an additional three (3) directors with some degree of
expertise, who in their totality shall act as the board of directors of the Corporation (and will be referred to
herein as the Board or the Board of Directors) and the said directors shall do all acts and things as are not by
the by-laws or any special resolution of the Corporation or by statute expressly directed or required to be done
at a general or special meeting of the members. Any increase or decrease in the number of directors shall be
approved by special resolution at the Annual General Meeting.
