Documentary requirements

Three copies of a 22 photographs

Duly accomplished application form

Original NSO or LSO birth certificate

If married, marriage contract issued by the NSO or LSO

Plus, any of the following:

NBI clearance

Police clearance

Barangay certificate

Procedure

1. Fill out a Postal ID application form

2. Submit application form with all other required documents (previous tab)
3. Pay processing fee
4. Return to post office on scheduled date and present receipt to claim your postal ID
Fees

Rush processing (exclusive of 12% VAT): P400.00

Regular processing (exclusive of 12% VAT): P300.00
Certification Fee (optional): P30.00/copy
