Responsibility
Youareresponsibleforyouractionsandyourbelongings.Pleasekeeptrackofboth.Donotleavetheinside
ofCedarPointforanyreason.Nostudentsareallowedbackonthebusduringtheday(evenifitrains).No
studentsshouldenterthewaterparkforanyreason.Nostudentshouldrideonanyofthewaterrides(or
standonthebridgethatoverlooksSnakeRiverFalls).

Groups
Yourgroupisyourfamilythatday.Youarenotallowedtoleaveyourgroupforanyreason.Ifoneofyour
groupmembersneedstogotothebathroom,youallgotothebathroom.Ifyourgroupwantstogoonaride
andyoudont,youmustwaitoutsideoftherideandrejointhemwhentherideiscomplete.Switchinggroups
isnotallowed.Ifyouarefoundwithoutyourgrouporwithonlysomeofyourgroupmembers,youwillhave
yourrideprivilegesrevokedandmustsitwithachaperoneattheCoasterRestaurantfortheremainderof
theday.
Therearenoexceptions.
Groupswillconsistof3or4studentsfromyourrespectiveensemble(band
groups,choirgroups,orchestragroups).

TheBus
Thebusneedstobekeptcleanandorganized.Allinstrumentswillbestoredunderneaththebuses.Please
makesurethatyourinstrumentisunderthebusyouareriding.Thereshouldbenoloudvoicesonthebusat
anytime.Everyoneshouldbeintheirseatatalltimes.Noopenbottlesofpopshouldbeonthebusatany
time.Malestudentswillsitinthebackofthebus,femalestudentsinthefrontofthebusandchaperoneswill
beinbetween.Pleaseberespectfulatalltimes.

CommunicationDay-Of
Yourperformingartsteacherwillhaveaphonenumberforstudentsandchaperonestocontactwhileon
thistrip.Thisnumberistobeusedforemergenciesandwillbepassedoutonthatday.Studentswhobring
cellphonesareaskedtowritetheirnumbersonthepermissionslip.Yourperformingartsteacherwillhave
thosenumbersforemergencies.TherewillalsobeaRemind(textmessagingservice)set-upforstudentson
thatdayformassone-waytextmessages.
