The building or tructare remains and has remained ‘unoccupied fora period of 180 consecutive days or longer, in fact for many years, and was not listed as being available forsale, lease, or rent with a licensed real estate broker during a reasonable portion of the time period in which it was unoccupied and none ofthe exceptions are applicable to this building. Section 108.2.7. The building has become so dilapidated or deteriorated 1s to afford a harbor for vagrants and/or criminals through the use of improper materials to secure the doors and windows, Section 108.2.9. The building has become vacant, dilapidated, and open at door or window, leaving the interior ofthe building exposed tothe elements oF sccessible to entrance by trespassers through the use of improper materials to secure the doors and windows.
