Steps

Steps needed to take prior to graduating

from High school in order to begin as a
Social Worker:
Step one: get a Council on Social Work
Education (CSWE) accredited social work degree.

Step two: make yourself competitive for

admission.

Step three: need several references who can

address your aptitude. They will be people who
have known you for at least six months to a year

Step four: Start getting in practice with nursing

homes and friendship difficulties to see if you can
deal with helping so many people at one time.
