1.0 - Matters arising from previous minutes
1.1 Financial Strategy (HK) to develop table of expenditure.
1.2 All produce individual sector strategies.
1.3 All to write profiles for website.
2.0 All discussed Financial Plan tables and graphs. All design and fill out
tables.
2.1 Sales Forecast Table, Cashflow Table, Sensitivity Analysis, Profit
and Loss, Break Even Point Graph.
3.0 (JJ) to design projects book to show our completed projects after 2 years.
4.0 All discussed 5 year plan. 1-3 focusing on eco retrofitting buildings with
cost based on sqm working with Nottingham City Council. 3-5 focusing on
larger spaces such as public buildings and open green spaces still working
with the council. 5+ focusing on large scale green infrastructure urban master
planning for council.
5.0 JJ to add business plan and news tabs. And add awards and philosophy to
team.
6.0 Completed draft of Business plan and questions to ask for final seminar.
