Classroom Rules
Phones and laptops should be off and put away at the beginning of
class. They should not be used unless you are asked to do so.
Raise your hand to talk. When sitting in individual desks, raise your hand to
talk. In groups, you may talk to each other, but raise your hand to talk to the
whole class.
When one person speaks to the class, everyone else is quiet.
Respect yourself, your classmates, and the the school by keeping your
desk clean, your speech clean and your materials nice and neat.
Maintain order. Follow the teachers instructions immediately because
disorder wastes everyones valuable time.
Ask questions. The only way to learn is to ask!

take out a piece of paper and do the bell ringer/do-it-now individually or in a group.

day after they are assigned, as they will be corrected in-class. Once completed
and self-graded, they should be turned into the folder designated for the period.

cheat yourself by doing all the work or allowing someone else to do all of it.
Groups will be alternated each quarter.
Free Time Rules: Work on class project or other work. You may read any of the
