which quietly won the highest accolade in the world film industry. The mar
celebrated this victory with what it knows best a big spike up in stock price.
The company, Prime Focus, rose to Rs.62.90, coming so close to its 52-week high of Rs.63.95.
The company won the Best VFX Oscar! Up against heavyweights Mad Max: Fury Road, The Martian, The Revenant and of course Star Wars: The Force Awaken
Dnegs work on Ex Machina won over the Academy voters and saw Andrew Whitehurst, Paul Norris, Mark Ardington and Sara Bennett pick up the coveted statuettes.
This is the second year in a row that Dneg has brought home the Best VFX Oscar; last year, it was recognized for its work on Christopher Nolans Interstellar.
