roots in The New Deal. Students will then write a
persuasive essay on the one they think should be
brought back to help today failing economy.
Projects
Students will analyze FDR's fire side chats to
understand the impact that he had on the common
American citizen. They will then use them as a
springboard, to compare and contrast to how the
current President gets his message across to the
common citizen.
Students will create a poster of the major forms of
governments in Europe at the time and list their
characteristics, leaders, and area of coverage, and
