Outcomes/Assessment Criteria.

Your statements in answer to the question need to be prefixed with the relevant
Learning outcomes/Assessment criteria title (please consult your teacher
regarding this). This will help you keep on track and should ensure you address
the details. Work submitted without learning outcomes/assessment criteria prefix
will be returned unmarked.

Your statements should not be just a description of work place activities but
should include what you have learned from your programme of study. In other
words you need to show how you can relate what you have learned to day-to-day
management activities.

In total, it is suggested that your report should not be less than 3000 and not more than 3500
words, although learners may complete a larger , more in-depth piece of work if
this is appropriate. The word count does not include front page,
references/bibliography and appendices.

You should make appropriate use of tables, graphs, diagrams, Gantt charts, flowcharts etc. You
must make sure that you reference any sources you have used to complete this assignment;
listing reference material and web sites used.

You must submit your work as an electronic document (.doc file). Office 2007 users must save
administrator
their work in compatibility mode. Assignments must be submitted to CMI
(cmiadmin@cromwellcollege.co.uk) via email. More details (how to name the file
etc.) will be communicated later. CMI administrator will confirm receipt via email.
You must keep a copy of all your email correspondence and completed
assignment as you may be required to reproduce it at a later stage. Students are
to contact the CMI Course Leader (a.qandeel@cromwellcollege.co.uk) via an
email (with a copy to cmiadmin@cromwellcollege.co.uk) within three days in
case they do not receive their feedback/acknowledgment as per schedule.
