Assessment evidence must include:

demonstrate that all of the requirements of the Performance
Criteria, Knowledge and Scope have been met
observation checklist for safe working practices completed
by an Assessor on a minimum of two occasions
Candidates risk assessment with the appropriate
supporting documentation/checklist
