RE: former Senior Assistant Attorney General Lauren Noether
Dear Attorney General Foster:
Please be advised Lauren Noether is currently using envelopes showing the accounting code 8048 which is the NH Liquor
Commissions Outbound Distribution accounting code.
As of February 21, 2016 complaints against Lauren Noether have been filed with various law enforcement agencies,
following a referral from an Administrative Assistant Pam Dawson.
Lauren Noether had filed a complaint in NH Superior Court in Ossipee on September 22, 2015. Since then, I have been
addressing with the court her ability to present herself in an official capacity. Lauren Noether presented to the court an
affidavit from Ann Rice claiming she is on some sort of undefined holdover status with no expiration date.
Currently, Lauren Noether has repeatedly failed to produce any supporting documentation that she can act in an official
capacity, and Im not accepting anything from Ann Rice, because she is a liar, and has also mailed documents in these NH
Liquor Commission Envelopes, and using a duplicate email address so theres no trace of her ongoing fraud.
Kindly have attorney Noether immediately cease and desist mailing me anything using postage meters that were
reported and NH Liquor Commission envelopes. Id suggest she be charged, but Im really tired of playing these games
with these people.
Im quite certain you, Attorney General Foster, will not be reading this, because there appears to be someone
committing mail theft. Therefore, I am bccing Law Enforcement agencies in Massachusetts, as well as the US Postmaster
General, yet again.
Also, it appears Commissioner Thomas Buracks signature has been forged on responses submitted to the NH Attorney
Discipline Office by Kerry Barnsley of NH DES, as Attorney Noether revealed during a hearing on February 25, 2016.
If you, sir, have any questions, or would like to schedule a meeting to review all the evidence of the crimes being
committed by various state employees, I would be available at your request, and your request only.
