Re. Cease and Desist
You are hereby directed to cease and desist all defamation of my character and
reputation.
Under the Canada Criminal Code, it is crime to engage in defamation of
anothers characters and reputation. In addition, prejudiced comments or actions
with respect to sexual orientation, ethnic background, or religious views are
illegal under the BC Human Rights Code. Further, such comments are
contributing to threats and messages of hatred, which constitute incitation to
hatred, and thus, a crime under the laws of other countries I hold citizenships in.
You have maliciously made libelous, disparaging, and otherwise destructive
public statements about me in the media, in public, and anonymously.
This includes discussing my sexual orientation for the sole purpose of
discrediting my wilderness skills in the public eye, and to expose me to religious
extremists, directly resulting in messages of hatred, including but not limited to
the following:
The idea that a fag could cope with the wilderness. No wonder you live a fantasy
life you feminine fag fudge packer. No gay man could aver handle the shit you
claim and only dream about. You're a reluctant girl.

This also includes many misleading, untruthful, false, or out of context
statements, too numerous to list in this correspondence, for the sole purpose of
damaging my reputation.
My skills, qualications, certications, and experience are unquestionable, and
entirely veriable. Accordingly, I demand that you immediately cease and desist
your unlawful defamation of my character and reputation.
If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand immediately, I am
entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief for your defamation. In
the event you fail to meet this demand, please be advised that I will pursue all
available legal remedies, civil, criminal, or otherwise, including seeking monetary
damages, injunctive relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorneys
fees, in Canada, the United States, and the EEA. Your liability and exposure
under such legal action could be considerable.
Govern yourself accordingly.
