    Thisletterconstitutesasaformalofferandacceptancebetweenyou,thestudent,andus,
    theteachingbody.Youragreementandacceptanceofthisletterisrequiredtoofficially
    grantyouadmissiontotheworkshop.Pleasecarefullyreadallthepointsbelow,fillthe
    spaceswherenecessary,andthendateandsigntoofficiallyagreeandacceptadmission
    intotheworkshop.OncecompletepleaseemailitbacktoMeganNi

    1)Thecostoftheworkshopis$1,560forthosewhoregisteronorbeforeApril15,2016
    and$1,810forthosewhoregisterafterApril15,2016.Thefeescovertheworkshop,
    sharedaccommodationatJingyuehuMotel,andallmealsduringthetimeperiodofthe
    workshop.Airfare,traveltoandfromtheairport/hotel,extranightsstayandfoodcost
    extraandarenotcoveredbythefeeslistedabove.
    Pleasemarkthefeecategoryforwhichyouqualify:

    EarlyBirdRegistration(ValiduntilApril15,2016)$1,560USD
    RegularRegistration$1,810USD

    2)Thereareonly8singleaccommodationoptionsavailableduringtheworkshop.They
    willbegivenonafirstrequestedandfirstreceivedbasis.Ifyouhavenotalready
    indicatedyourpreferenceforsingleaccommodationintheregistrationformyoumust

    accommodationisanadditional$260USDfortheentirecourse:

    3)Tosecureyourplaceattheworkshopyouarerequiredtopaythecoursefeesinfull.

    4)Thecancellation/refundpolicyisasfollows:
    IfyoucancelbetweenMay16andJune15,2016then75%ofthefullworkshop
    feeisrefundable.

    IfyoucancelbetweenJune16andJuly8,2016then50%ofthefullworkshopfee
    isrefundable.

    IfyoubetweenJuly9andJuly14,2016then25%ofthefullworkshopfeeis
    refundable.

    IfyoucancelanytimeonorafterJuly15,2016then100%ofthefullworkshop
    feeisnonrefundable.
