Read the short story below, then underline all the preposition of place in the
short story.

Last week, Kiran went to Penang with her family from Kuala Terengganu.
They drove to Butterworth in a jeep. They went across the sea in a ferry. The ferry
moved slowly but steadily towards the island.

Each of her family members wanted to do different things. Kiran wanted to

play in the sea. Rohan wanted to go into town to see the tallest building on the
island – Komtar. Johan begged to be taken to the butterfly farm near the beach.
Reena asked to eat at the hawker stalls beside the Esplanade. Kiran’s mother only
wanted to sit by the beachfront. Kiran’s father got so irritated by the quarrelling
that he wanted to call off the whole trip.

Fortunately, when the ferry reached Penang Island, they managed to agree on
a plan to suit everybody’s interest.
 ANSWER
