needs of all students. Using the curriculum portal and the Georgia Standards of
Excellence I am using effective strategies and seeking out resources while
collecting data to address all student needs individually.

most recent lesson plan, I have incorporated relevant learning experiences,
differentiation, strategies all appropriate to the subject content while going
above what is required and incorporating a fully engaged student interaction

planning, differentiation and increasing student involvement.

students to find out what level of sight words they are one, have provided
different assignments all while helping improve their reading comprehension

using reading intervention strategies while collecting data to show improvement.

specifically they want to learn, selected reading comprehension, they were able to
choose a novel in the library we would work on as a group instead of just being
assigned. This allowed them to take ownership of their reading experiences with
me and they have even felt comfortable enough to read aloud in my small group.

attending a PLU session once a month since August at RESA in the subject area
of assessment. I have been seeing professional growth additionally by meeting
with multiple teachers at my school to increase my skill set and knowledge. I
have also contributed to helping others within the school and community by
collaborating and volunteering for things I see others need. Additionally, when
out on a snow day I took the effort to make up well over the amount of time I
missed to show my dedication and school spirit.
