Abstract
A deviation in banking service, especially about data protection and the rights of
customers will be researched through a normative law research method. This method
will study both the essence in law’s principle and the function of its rules. For that
reason, the rights of a producer (UUPK) according to the law of consumer’s protection
Number 8 in 1999 is successfully made. UUPK mentioned both the rights and obligations
from a consumer also a producer.

Abstract
Before UUPA became valid, the law of national territory was still dualistic; it is
arranged in Book II KUH civil and custom law. Through the descriptive analysis, the
land listing becomes an effort to guarantee the assurance of right’s law of land in
describing a situation of a land encoding. However, law protection which could not be
given more to the owner of rights after five years is free from any compensation, if there
is a mistake in land listing.

Abstract
Based on the law number 2 in 2004, the completion of industrial relation dispute could
be ended through Bipartit, Tripartit, also Industrial Association Court. By normative and
empirical methods, the completion effort of relation dispute will be identified from the
truth of the law system. Consequently, we could know whether the application in dispute
completion towards Bipartit and Tripartit is in a failure or in a success. On the other
hand, Bipartit and Tripartit are dispute completion outside the court. Its aim is to create
an efficient, fast, and fair completion.
