The Children will be able to

Social-emotional- Makes them feel apart of a group. Express their feelings
in a positive ways
Physical- Explore different ways to move large muscles(gross motor) and
Cognitive- Encourages them to problem solve, helps with learning patterns
and number concepts
Language and literacy- expands vocabulary and language introduce new
words, phonological awareness and encourages children's comprehension
skills
Musical activities such as singing, dancing or rhythmic movement, and
playing or listening to music can be a catalyst to further learning in a variety of
areas, including spatial temporal reasoning .Music can be a tool to promote socialemotional development, including self-regulation. Independent music-making
arises from childrens experiences and provides a foundation to their creative
development. Listening to and making brings pleasure. Music provides a powerful
and direct link to emotions. Music helps develop the ability to listen. Its a path to
many other kinds of learning.
